On-Line Permitting System Engaged

As of January 1, 2025, Building and Land Use Permits will be accepted and processed, on-line, via Cloudpermit. In order to obtain a Building Permit and/or a Land Use Permit, clients will enter new applications through this link to initiate the permit process. Please be advised that the traditional land use permit process is now handled through the Cloudpermit "Planning" Module. Where applicable and prior to construction, an applicant must obtain both Permits, Building and Land Use.  Prior to January 1st, 2025, permits for certain construction were issued as joint Land Use/Building Permits. This is no longer the case.
