Embaixo do carro = "under the car"
I ran over a kitten with my car. I was in a rush, I was thinking about the day ahead. I started the car, put it in drive and hit the gas pedal. When I returned from work, I saw the dead kitten. I could call his death an “accident,” something that I had no control over. After all, the kitten was feral and six months old -- he should have been afraid of cars. His brother continues to look for his missing playmate.

I have taped an index card to my keychain with the words “UNDER THE CAR” written on the card. I hope this reminder will become as widely known as “Don’t drink and drive” and “Arrive alive” … Spread the message: www.TINYURL.com/underthecar.
