By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow all conference rules and chaperone policies, understand that violations may result in disciplinary action or expulsion at your own expense, agree to report rule violations, and accept that registration fees are nonrefundable after May 1, 2026.

By registering, you acknowledge the risks of participation, accept full responsibility for any injuries or losses, release and agree to hold harmless the Assyrian Church of the East and its affiliates from all related claims, authorize emergency medical treatment if needed, and accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
