We can’t wait to welcome you to a powerful, joy-filled week in the heart of Metro Detroit! Below is everything you need to know to plan your travel and get ready for your stay.

Where You’ll Stay

All participants will stay at the beautiful Westin Hotel, located in Southfield, MI.
This hotel offers spacious rooms, great gathering spaces, and easy access to all conference activities. It will serve as our home base—a place to recharge, connect with new friends, and prepare for each day’s journey.

Detroit Outing: Comerica Park

This year’s major group outing takes us to one of Detroit’s most iconic landmarks—Comerica Park, home of the Detroit Tigers!
You’ll get to experience the city’s energy firsthand as we spend the evening at the ballpark, enjoying the game, the crowd, and the unbeatable skyline views. It’s the perfect mix of fun, fellowship, and Detroit culture, and a highlight you won’t want to miss.

Distances and Transportation

Shuttles will be provided throughout the conference to all major venues, including:

Saint Mary's Parish
Volunteer locations across the city
The group outing at Comerica Park
The banquet hall for breakfast and party

The hotel is between 20-40 minutes away from all the locations we will need to travel to.
