This year’s conference will begin on Friday, July 3rd, and end on Wednesday, July 8th, 2025.
To be registered for the 2026 Youth Conference, the full online application, signed forms, and rooming must be submitted to the organizing committee by April 19th, 2026.
NOTE: Your local chapter may have an earlier due date to submit application materials and payment to meet the North American deadline. Please check with your president for individual chapter due dates.

$1200 each - priest (single occupancy)
$900 each - priest and family
NOTE: All payments above are in USD. No refunds will be issued after May 1st, 2026.
The age requirement for the 2026 Youth Conference is 13 years and 6 months of age and older. You must have turned thirteen years old on or before December 31st, 2025, to attend this year’s conference.
*Will only be approved for youth who are 21 years of age or older, with local parish priest permission, and upon availability.
**Based on quad occupancy.
