COMMITTING TO YOUR PROGRAM
Once you've been accepted into the program by Illinois, you will be asked to commit to your program by completing the steps outlined below. Please complete these items by the deadlines outlined in your Illinois nomination email. Some program deadlines may vary based on host institution requirements.
Change your status in My Study Abroad to "Committed."
A confirmation of participation (CoP) document will be uploaded into the Documents section of My Study Abroad and included in your nomination email. E-sign the document and upload the completed CoP into the Confirmation of Participation Questionnaire in My Study Abroad.
You cannot participate in the program without submitting a signed CoP.
If you fail to submit the CoP by the program commitment deadline, you will be withdrawn from the program.
Sign/complete the signature documents and questionnaires linked in your My Study Abroad Application.
Note: Please read the withdrawal policy carefully. Once you sign the confirmation of participation form and commit to your program, you are responsible for the tuition and fees as outlined in the withdrawal policy.
