Beginning in Fall 2024, all courses in Blackboard will be in the Ultra Course View. There are several options in place to help faculty prepare for the full transition. Not sure where to start? Check out the different training options and resources below.
All faculty have been enrolled in an Ultra Online Resources Organization in Blackboard. This resource has videos, hands-on activities, quizzes, and more to assist faculty in preparing for an Ultra Course View course. Faculty will need to request a Sandbox course in order to complete the hands-on activities.
Ultra Hours are provided throughout the week for faculty to drop-in and ask any specific Ultra questions. These are provided virtually and in-person in order to reach all campuses.
Each month there will be an Ultra Course View Overview PD session for anyone to attend. These sessions provide an overview of the new Ultra Course view and any new release notes that faculty should know about. Check out the monthly PD brochure and weekly emails for session offerings.
Request an Sandbox Course to help you become familiar with the Ultra Course view. This will be an empty shell that will allow you to play around in without fear of messing up a Master Course.
