Specialist Clinic is a programme created as part of the Factionatrix Committee. The programme was initiated to help students who fall behind during classroom tests and/or olympiads.
For SC015, the programme participants are selected based on their marks in UPS. The programme is initially conducted between 7.30am - 4.30 p.m., during which selected students are required to book a consultation slot with the lecturer. Each student will have a 30-minute consultation with the lecturer, either individually or in pairs.
Upon completing Pre-UPS 3, students were re-selected based on their performance. Tentatively, this was planned and executed 5 weeks before PSPM. During this time, all participants were required to gather at 7.30am for morning discussions. During this point of specialist clinic, the discussions are done as a group and all misconceptions and questions are addressed in preparation to UPS
