Platypus

• Platypuses have a beak (of a duck), a feet (of an otter) & a tail (of a beaver).

• Males have a venomous spur

• It eyes contain double cones

• It can glow in the dark

• It is an excellent swimmers and spends most of the time foraging for prey

• It sleeps for 14 hours

Spur - It is outgrowth of bone in some animals.
Cones - They are photo-receptors cells in the eyes.
