There are multiple collective intelligence platforms that can be used by companies. One such platform is Enswarm. This platform uses an AI to better promote crowd sourcing and collective intelligence. It does so by removing the possibility of group think, a go with the flow or majority ideology. It eliminates bias by only drawing attention to ideas rather than qualifications, allows people in remote areas to contribute to the project, allows for the understanding of a process quickly through visualization, plans meetings, creates notes and records, and supports decisions through the use of data [Enswarm]. Likewise, Unanimous AI also uses collective intelligence. This platform is made of swarm AI technology which allows people to combine their knowledge to make decisions. It also allows for real time communication and feedback to quickly implement the ideas of others to better a function of a company, product, etc [Unanimous AI]. Thortspace is somewhat different in that is displays problems in different ways. This is a tool that organizes ideas, gathers information, analyzes information, and creates plans for people who are working in the same location or different ones. While using collective intelligence, Thortspace allows for the visualization of problems and structures in a 3D manner. It maps out crowd sourced thoughts [Thortspace].

A company that does this is Freelancer. Freelancer is a website which allows people to higher "freelancers" to complete jobs and address labor shortages. Collective intelligence is used as the freelancers are from all around the world and have the skills to address a labor issue with more intelligence than that of one person. But, there is a downside to using collective intelligence and crowd sourcing in general [Freelancer]. For accurate results, the crowd must be overlooked to make sure that high quality work is being offered. Freelancer does this by pushing people with the most good reviews to the top of the list of available workers. Therefore, user review is an important part of the collective intelligence community [Paik, 2019].
