This artifact shows my understanding of how I teach best, and I acknowledge my strengths and weaknesses throughout the essay. I reflect upon the practices I find difficult, the ones I do better in, and how I would like to improve for the future.
What skills do I want to improve in relation to this standard?
I want to improve my understanding of my teaching philosophy. I would like to go more in-depth into the philosophy of existentialism. I find that would be super helpful to me in improving my skills as a future educator.

Reflection:
This artifact illustrates my commitment to ongoing professional growth through collaborative engagement. For this assignment, I collaborated with a colleague who possesses 28 years of teaching experience. Interviewing such an experienced educator offered valuable insights into the changing landscape of education. This process reinforced my dedication to continual improvement as an educator. Through analysis, I recognized that the interview fostered both learning and self-reflection. It encouraged me to examine my teaching practices and biases critically, and to identify specific areas for personal growth. To further align with this standard, I intend to interview another colleague, developing my own questions to deepen my understanding of my teaching and to identify new strategies for improvement.
