Name of Artifact: MTSS Toolbox
Date of Artifact: December 2, 2025
Course in which this artifact was produced: EDUC230
Rationale:
I have included this artifact, MTSS Toolbox, under Standard #2 because this piece of work exemplifies that I have acknowledged learning differences within the classroom, and that students require different tiers of intervention.
Reflection:
As a teacher, this artifact demonstrates my commitment to understanding and continually educating myself on the tiered support system for all learners. In this assignment, I provided ten distinct academic and behavioral strategies for tiers 1, 2, and 3. This highlights my dedication to supporting every student, regardless of whether they require interventions from these tiers. My growth as an educator is ongoing and lifelong. In relation to this standard, I am eager to develop further my skills in addressing diverse learning needs and becoming a more effective teacher for every student. I recognize that I do not yet know everything about each learner, and I am committed to ongoing self-education to support all students better.
