Contract & Invoice

This can be a lengly process, but please complete all the steps including setting up your Petstablished account AND registering your dog's Microchip!

Here’s what you need to know about completing your adoption payment:

You’ll receive your invoice via email and text (& cell number if provided).
Payments must be made through Petstablished, which accepts debit and credit cards (credit cards tend to work best).
Unfortunately, e-transfers are not an available option—we appreciate your understanding!
The system doesn’t allow for partial payments, but we’re happy to accommodate by waiting a week or two if needed to ensure you can pay the full invoice comfortably.
All funds on the invoice are in USD, but Petstablished will automatically convert it for you.
The fee is listed as a ‘donation’ on the invoice.

*Please note, as part of our policy, we are unable to offer refunds or return payments in the event of a rehome.

In the email you receive, scroll down until you see this button. (Blue button)

When you are ready to sign the contract and pay the fee, this is where you will go.

Read the Contract

Read the contract in full.

When you finish reading, click NEXT

Sign

Sign your name and click NEXT

Step 5

Adoption fees

The next page will show the amount of your adoption fee.

Adoption Fees are in US Dollars.

Optional Additional Donation

Here is a great, easy way to donate to this awesome organization with just a single click!

This will tack a donation onto the adoption fee you are about to pay

*note* this will not count as payment for anything, it is simply an additional donation

After choosing- click NEXT

Payment Info

The next screen should be mostly auto-filled for you.

If not, please enter all of your billing information here and then click next

Checkout

The next screen with be your check out summary. Here, it will show the breakdown of your total with the donation and fees applied.

Click DONATE and be Patient!

This is where we have the most issues- sometimes the donate button takes a few minutes to load the next screen. Some people have to try a few times.

There will be a popup window where you will enter your card info and click ‘donate $$’

This is where you create your Petstablished account!

Set up Petstablished Account

This is the most important step!

Your email will auto populate
Create a password (write it down)
Check the box then click SUBMIT
Bookmark the next page!!!

Step 11

Accessing Medical Records

While the dogs are still in Texas we will be adding to their medical- but once your dog arrives it is safe to print the record or email the pdf straight to your vet!

All dogs will need a vet appointment within 4 weeks for their heartworm preventatives!!!

Microchips

If you scroll down and you see the word ‘inactive’ it means your dog does not yet have their microchip administered

All dogs receive a Microchip before leaving Texas, so just be sure to check back!

If your pet’s microchip says ‘active’ please register it right away!

It is only $12.99 USD and good for the life of your pet!

If lost, their microchip could make the difference in your dog being returned to you, or lost forever!

Instructions for Finder

The next page you will scroll down and this is what you will see. It has your dog’s name, chip number and then instructions for the finder.

This is a good place to put food allergies, medical conditions or behavioral issues.

Contacts

Next it will ask you which contacts you would like connected to the chip- your information should automatically populate under the primary contact- feel free to add more phone numbers!

The more ways to contact you, the better chances they will get in touch with you if your dog is ever lost.

The next page will take you to the payment screen- once again your information will populate please be sure it is correct. Then enter your credit or debit card info and click
