A. Online Classroom Manual

1. Classes will be conducted through 'Zoom App' primarily.

2. Download the 'Zoom App' in your computer/laptop/mobile.

4. Zoom app is free, to join a class. Students don't have to sign up to join a class.

5. A code & password will be sent by the mentor to the students individually to attend the online class.

6. Click 'Join the class' on Zoom App. Feed the code & password sent by the mentor. (See the photo attached here.)

7. Join the class.

8. The app has all the features such as video, audio, screen sharing, and chatting.

9. Classroom instructions will be given through all the features (video, audio, screen sharing, and chatting).

10. Teaching and testing materials will be sent to all the candidates individually through various app such as WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and so on.

11. Ample of practice and test materials of all formats (jpg./word/pdf/web/scanned) will be shared with students.

12. Classroom timing is one hour everyday but students may approach the teacher for any kind of doubts or concerns anytime.

13. Individual feedback will be given and students' performance will be monitored.

14. The classroom teaching method will be very friendly, interactive, and activity based.

B. Tests & Quiz

1. Practice test will be conducted at the end of every week's teaching through Google form and other applications.

2. Practice sets from the previous government exam papers and question banks will be used for real-time practice.

3. The test paper will be based on the teaching of entire week.

4. The students with better performances will be rewarded.
