Our annual Day of Service for the our stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be held on Saturday Sept 06, 2025. The objectives of our day of service are aligned with those of the National Day of Service that takes place in mid-September, and is an opportunity to provide selfless service in our community as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Food/Fund Drive - We will have a food/fund drive, combined with the Fort Collins Stake, with the Food Bank for Larimer County, who provide food and supplies for those in need through their food shares and approximately 100 other initiatives and agencies throughout the county. City of Fort Collins - Fort Collins city will again host a project at the Eastside park - a coat of paint on the pavilion next to the restrooms for starters, mulching trees, and perhaps stain benches.
Sleep In Heavenly Peace - deliver ~2 beds each to one of two families to achieve the objective of no kids sleeping on the floor in our community.
Habitat for Humanity Loveland - 10 volunteers (ages 16+) to help with a build in process in Loveland. Since a build is more complex, timeframe is 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (or as available), but for those who have done a build, it has been a very memorable experience. Click on link to see details and register.
If Sept 6 does not work for your family or group, we invite you to participate in the on-line funds drive for the Food Bank for Larimer County, or please look for another opportunity to give service in the community or your neighborhood, including those offered on JustServe.org
Thank you for your past, present, and future service in our communities, and we look forward to a great Day of Service.

About Us
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is involved in many efforts to help those in need around the world and in Larimer county. For years, the Loveland Stake has supported a Day of Service (previously was associated with Colorado Cares Day) to allow members and friends to provide service in many organizations in the community where we live.
