As a sole proprietor, Patricia Eagan, TAL writer, editor and creative consultant has engaged in professional writing (grants, newsletters, development) and editing (both for technical firms and fine artists). Her creative consulting objective at 9848.Gallery—hosting Literary Salons gathering an array of artists and community members—will set the stage for creative expression and solution-building.
9848 Gallery
Patricia Eagan is a writer, editor, and creative consultant from Oakland, California. She studied Modern Literature for her BA at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Creative Nonfiction for her MFA at the University of Pittsburgh, before criss-crossing the American West as a college writing instructor. She moved to Tahoe in 2018 and founded PKaye (P-kay) Creative with a goal of promoting equity, sustainability, and the arts.
As a sole proprietor, Patricia has engaged in professional writing (grants, newsletters, development) and editing (both for technical firms and fine artists). Her creative consulting objective at 9848.Gallery—hosting Literary Salons gathering an array of artists and community members—will set the stage for creative expression and solution-building.
Patricia sees her engagement of the 9848.Gallery space as a natural progression from her studies in literacy centers, her service-learning writing instruction, and her role as Arts Advocate for the Public Commission of Truckee.
