A networking dinner will be held at STI - Gigaku during the Closing Ceremony and Awards Ceremony. 

The networking dinner will be a standing buffet-style social event.
Anyone can register to attend.

Cost: Registration fee for 

             Students (KOSEN, university, and graduate students) Paid : 1,500 yen/person

        Teachers, Pre-registration Paid : 1,500 yen/person

             Teachers, Registration Paid : 2,000 yen/person

【NOTE】

Reception will be held from around 6:00 PM on the day of the event in the vicinity of Nagaoka Station. 

Registration for the reception is not available on this page.

Target: Those involved in the 8th STI-Gigaku 2023, those involved in the COI-NEXT Symposium, and those involved in The Science of HAKKO” Idea Library

Time: from around 18:00 (after the STI-Gigaku award ceremony)

Friday, September 1 - Friday, October 27, 2023: Full refund

Saturday, October 28 - Friday, December 3, 2023 50% refund

Saturday, December 4, 2023 and thereafter: No refunds

Refunds will be made at the applicant's expense.
