A Strong Towns Local Conversations group for the Tri-Lakes Area

We are a small group of Monument area neighbors interested in meeting other neighbors in a social setting, sharing 'placemaking' ideas ... and taking action on topics we are interested in!

Our Local Conversations group was created in 2025, tapping into the growing network of local conversations that partner with the placemaking nonprofit Strong Towns.

We are working to expand our reach! Starting in January 2026, we will be hosting monthly meetings to socialize, talk about placemaking ideas, and organize ways of taking action.
