Assignment - Presentation software provides the opportunity to display text and graphics in a slide show fashion. After reading about the educational uses and abuses of presentation software and discussing these issues in class, summarize how presentations should be constructed and delivered to maximize learning and minimize abuse.

Include the URL of the location from which you obtained them and summarize the slide show and where in your curriculum you will use it. Make adaptations to the file and attach it.

Assignment - Develop a slideshow, to teach a lesson in your subject area, keeping in mind the principles you have outlined above and be logically structured, instructionally sound, and, easy to navigate. Your presentation should include numerous graphics and be at least 10 slides in length, Present a portion of you slide show to your colleagues in a breakoutroom, and post both the slide show and a recording of your actual presentation. Remeber the following:

Navigate - in response to student needs, not in a rigid linar manner.
Design slides to support discussion, not to serve as a script.
Dialog - Ask questions frequently to encourage dialogue.
Visuals - Use graphs, data, diagrams, photo to tell the story
