Step-by-Step Directions

  • Choose - "My Sways"

  • Choose - "Create New"

    • Start a new Sway Project

  • Choose - "Duplicate this Sway"

    • A pop-up window will appear

    • It will create a copy of the open Sway and add it to your My Sways page Rename it first

    • Click "Duplicate"

  • Choose - "Save as Template"

    • A pop-up window will appear

    • Save this Sway as a template

  • Choose - "Print"

    • A pop-up window will appear indicating that your Sway is being exported as a PDF file

    • Then select "Download the PDF"

  • Choose - "Export"

    • A pop-up window will appear

    • Choose your export fromat (Word or PDF)

    • Download your file

  • Choose - "Settings for this Sway"

    • A pop-up window will appear

Customization options available:

      • Language

      • View Settings

      • Autoplay

  • Choose - "Accessibility Checker"

    • A pop-up window will appear

    • A list with items to be addressed will populate. Click the arrow " > " and a another pop-up window will appear for correctiosns to be made

Errors may be:

      • Text behind image is missing. Type in the picture description and choose "Done"

      • Unclear Hyperlink text. This indicates that the URL and the description of the URL are exactly the same. Change the text to reflect where the link will take the user

  • Choose -"Accessibility View"

    • Changes the Sway layout to a continuous document; increasing the readability

  • Choose - "Help"

    • A pop-up window will appear

    • Provides helpful links to resources
