We offer a sliding scale annual membership:
$5–$29 suggested contribution
More is always welcome!
Memberships are valid for one calendar year, January through December. Dues paid in December may count for the following year.
Per our rules, volunteering for five (5) hours in support of 29th LD business and activities (as defined in our bylaws) may be accepted in lieu of dues, subject to executive board approval.
Who Can Join?
Membership is open to anyone who:
Resides in the 29th Legislative District,
Is at least 16 years old,
Declares themselves a Democrat,
And either pays dues or fulfills a volunteer requirement.
Democrats residing outside the district may join as Associate Members (non-voting), and are welcome to participate and receive communications.
Voting Eligibility:
New members must pay dues or complete their volunteer commitment at least 10 days prior to a meeting to gain voting rights.
Renewing members (from the previous calendar year) may renew dues on the day of a meeting and retain their voting rights.
PCOs (Elected and Appointed) have automatic voting privileges as defined in our bylaws.

Organize community events and meetings (virtual and in-person),
Host forums and training sessions for PCOs and volunteers,
Engage and mobilize voters across the district,
Support our endorsed Democratic candidates with materials, outreach, and field efforts,
Maintain our online presence and outreach systems.
Can't Afford to Contribute?

Are You a PCO?
All elected and appointed PCOs have voting rights and play a vital role in our organization. While PCOs are not required to pay dues, we encourage you to become a dues-paying member to support the important work we do together.
