Materials Needed:
- Wire ~ Cut into 1 - 6 " and 1 - 10" length. (Wire must be strong enough to hold a rubberband without bending. I use 17 gauge fending wire, but paper clip wire will work)
- Needle nose pliers
- Rubberband
- Cardstock or Note Cards
- Adhesive > Can use tape, duct tape, white glue or hot glue.
- Scissors
- Pencil or Pen

- Make sure that the loop at the bottom of the "V" is small.
- If the wings doing spin, it may be because the "V" needs to be stretched wider so the loop doesn't drop down into the bottom wire's ring so far.
10" ~ Bottom Wing Wire

- It is VERY important that the center/top ring is ROUND. Wrapping it around a round barreled pencil or pen helps!
- If the wings don't spin, it may be that your circle wire isn't round enough and it's catching. Take apart and reform.
