PROVISIONARY PERIOD

The provisionary period is defined as a temporary period of the program where the member’s continuation in the program will be determined by their ability to adhere to the requirements set out in the contract. The provisionary period will be 60 days. If the Recipient is not able to meet requirements during this period, the Recipient will be subject to termination of the agreement.
