Weekly Rehearsals

Weekly Rehearsals for 2025 are scheduled for Mondays from 5:15-6:15pm. Day and time is subject to change. 

Each group routine will run multiple times during rehearsal, allowing dancers to receive feedback from the instructor, refine their performance, and practice in front of their peers. This process helps build confidence and ensures the routine is polished and performance-ready.

Attendance at every rehearsal is essential for the success of the team. Missing rehearsals impacts the group dynamic, the cleaning process, staging, and the overall experience of being part of a team.

To show respect for your teammates, director, and choreographer, please come to rehearsal fully prepared. Being prepared means:

• Arriving on time and in proper dress code

• Having your water bottle filled before rehearsal begins

• Using the restroom before rehearsal starts

• Eating a healthy, sustaining snack beforehand.
