Merchandise Policy: 

Music in the Green have the exclusive concession to sell recorded merchandise at all the venues within Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.

If you wish your merchandise sold on the night of your appearance, they can do this for you if they have sufficient notice of titles and quantities that you intend to bring, no later than one month prior to the first day of the festival. Thereafter they may have placed firm orders with UK distributors and precedence will be given to sale of their own stock. 

Commission will be charged on your sales at the rate of 25% inclusive of VAT. The two most common retail prices are £13 or £10. Settlement in cash/return of unsold stock will be made on the night. Music in the Green are happy, subject to the approval of the venue, for you to sell any non-CD/DVD merchandise yourselves with the suggestion that it would be of mutual benefit to locate close to the music shop. 

They also welcome signing sessions after your performance at the shop or merchandising table, just let us know in advance.
