All artists should have submitted a stage plan and tech spec to the stage department on the artist advance form via Festival Pro. This will help us ensure that everything is in place for your performance.
You should have been sent a schedule for your time at the festival to your lead contact via Festival Pro, please let us know if you have not received it or have troubles accessing it.
For any technical queries please email:
Paul Hoolahan - Production Manager celticconnections.production@gmail.com
Naomi Hoolahan - Production Coordinator naomi.celticconnections@gmail.com
Our accreditation ID passes must be worn at all times for security reasons. Please upload a clear photo showing the face of each member of your touring party to your artist advance form. Alternatively images, identified with the names of each person, can be sent to Joyce.Reid@glasgowlife.org.uk or visit the Festival Office to have your photo taken.
Artist passes are in the artist packs, which you should collect on arrival. The packs will be at your hotel reception desk to collect at check in, or at load in from the Show rep. If you would rather collect somewhere else this can be arranged with the Festival Office on 0141 287 7482.
If you aren’t wearing your ID when backstage, please do not be offended if you are challenged by our venue staff, and asked to show another form of identification.
Please note that artists must vacate dressing rooms/green rooms within a maximum of one hour post-performance due to Scottish licensing laws. Irresponsible or illegal behaviour within our venues will not be tolerated.
Each venue has it's own merch policy, please check your venue details here.
