Artist passes are part of the artist packs, which you should collect, on your arrival from hotel reception or receive from the Show rep at load in.
You may also collect from the Festival Office in the Concert Hall, or if you prefer, another location. Call us at the Festival Office 0141 287 7482 so that this can be arranged. If any ID passes are missing let your rep know.
Payments are made by BACS the day after the performance. We must have an invoice and signed contract to make payment.
For Celtic Connections 2025 we will be making all payments to performers and artists by bank transfers (BACS). This will streamline settlement of your fees and means that fees will be paid directly to your bank account. We can only pay you once you have signed your contract.
Payments will be processed the day after you perform and payment can take three working days to show up in your account. Invoices that are received late will result in a delay in payment. If you have any further urgent questions with regards to payments please contact CCcontracts@glasgowlife.org.uk

We can provide rehearsal space, subject to availability, within the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. If you require a space please arrange to book by contacting the Festival Office in plenty of time. Note that space availability is extremely limited.
If you have plans to film your shows this must be notified to our Press Office in advance in order that filming accreditation can be issued to your crew and the venue made aware. hello@InnesandCampbell.co.uk Venue fees are payable
Capacity is strictly limited due to security reasons and this varies across the different venues. If your venue allows, your Show rep can issue a limited number of backstage passes valid at your venue on the night of your performance.
Free WiFi is available in all the public areas of the Concert Hall on GRCH_Public_WiFi. WiFi may also be available at other venues and in your hotel so please check with local reception. There is free WiFi in the Subway stations and many cafés and bars in the city offer WiFi access.
