《⾝⼼障礙者權利公約（CRPD）第⼆次國家報告易讀版》，為使⼼智障礙者能閱讀、理解並推 廣國家報告的內容，衛⽣福利部邀請智能障礙者參與，將國家報告轉譯為易讀版，並將內容分 為4本⼿冊，第１本主題為「保護隱私」；第2本主題為「不要歧視⾝⼼障礙者」；第3本主題為「讓⼤家認識⾝⼼障礙者」；第4本則概略式綜合說明所有國家報告條⽂。

The “Easy Read Version of the Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Second Report of the Republic of China (Taiwan)” converts the report contents into an Easy Read version so that people with intellectual difficulties can read, understand, and promote the contents of the Republic of China (Taiwan) report. The Ministry of Health and Welfare invited people with intellectual difficulties to participate in the process of converting the report contents into the Easy Read version and published the resulting contents as four pamphlets: 1. “Protecting Privacy,” 2. “Do Not Discriminate Against People With Disabilities,” 3. “Getting to Know People With Disabilities,” and 4. a general overview of the clauses in the national report.
