Verona High School Welcome Back Letter 2025-2026

Dear VHS Students & Families,

We hope you’ve had a restful and enjoyable summer filled with time to relax, recharge, and connect with loved ones.

As we prepare to begin a new school year, we’re looking forward to welcoming back our incredible students and staff. Our top priority remains creating a positive, supportive learning environment where your child can thrive.

Below, you’ll find a series of helpful links with important back-to-school information. We encourage you to take a few moments to review each section carefully as you get ready for the year ahead. Also, please remember to check the VHS website for the summer reading and summer assignments for classes. 

Please note that the first day of school is Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with a start time of 8:15 AM (7:40 AM for Chamber Choir students).

We also want to express our sincere gratitude to our dedicated staff, administrative assistants, custodial crew, technology team, SCA, and maintenance department for all their hard work over the summer to ensure our school is ready to go.

Finally, we encourage you to get involved with our school by joining the SCA, an organization that supports so many endeavors in our school community.
