In spring of 2021, Vassar College Human Resources began developing a multi-year plan to identify high-level objectives and the specific tasks that would need to be completed to achieve those objectives over the next few years. The entire Human Resources organization participated in multiple meetings and exercises to provide input and shape the multi-year plan.
We used industry partners and community survey responses as inputs to the published plan.
Although we are confident in our process and the high-level timeline for the next few years, we intend to make adaptations as we receive additional information from the community and external sources. You can also download an executive summary of the full plan.
