Sponsor our job ads, budget permitting; further access our job posting packages with Job Elephant, utilize LinkedIn resources. Work on establishing new relationships with other recruiting websites. Review and edit job postings as needed to make sure they reflect our DEI initiatives.
Broaden Vassar’s on-boarding program to provide a strong first step in bolstering diverse employees’ participation on campus; provide new employees with resources to connect with local communities that are meaningful to them.
