Work with Human Resources staff to establish their professional development goals. Find programs and resources that help them achieve those goals.
Support employee service by refining operating procedures, knowledge base, frontline response structure, and customer effort monitoring.
Examine current Human Resources processes and streamline/update How-To Guides as needed; ensure all Human Resources employees are familiar with basic responses for common Human Resources requests.
Identify and establish data review and correction processes for Workday Human Resources data and related business processes.
Audit and update Workday to the best of our ability to ensure consistency among all employee data; establish a regular process to ensure data remains correct and consistent in the future.
Streamline onboarding processes (including part-time and temporary appointments) to save time for Human Resources, management, and employees.
Meet with CIS and within Human Resources to discuss workflow and create efficiencies; provide an onboarding next steps guide to hiring managers and new employees
Support the College’s pandemic response efforts to ensure employee health and safety.
Create, manage, and communicate pandemic-related processes that impact employees such as quarantine and isolation leaves of absence, College vaccination mandates, daily health attestations, and NYS HERO Act updates.
