Both students and staff access their email on an iPad via the Apple Mail app (which looks like an envelope). When iPads are set up for you, your information is automatically loaded!
If you are having trouble accessing your mail, try these things:
Check for the wireless access and make sure your wifi is connected to the iPad.
Shut the iPad down and turn it back on again.
If the student has forgotten their information, or is having trouble logging in, please contact the Help Desk team via another email account. They can be reached at Student.Support@vansd.org. Make sure to include the student's name and ID number if possible!
Students access email on a Chromebook via Gmail.
On a student's Clever log-in page, they can click on the "Student Email" icon to launch their email!

Password is 8-digit birthday, unless otherwise changed (MM/DD/YYYY).
