Getting Started

What is Clever?

Clever is a tool that allows students to use one login to access all of their district learning applications in one place.

Students can access several district wide online applications that are used to support their learning. This includes Seesaw, iReady tools, Google Classroom, and other useful online learning tools.

How do you access Clever at home?

iPad (or Tablet)

Step 1: In order to access the following tools, make sure to install the app first & then return to Clever to log in: Seesaw, iReady, Newsela

Step 2: Find the Clever App (district issued devices) OR open a web browser to go to https://clever.com/in/vancouverps

Step 3: Click “Log in with VPS ID.”

Step 4: Enter student’s login information

Username- 6 digit student ID#

Password - 8 digit birthdate

(Students and parents can obtain their ID# from the classroom teacher if they do not have it.)

Step 5: Click on the desired application.

Chrome (via Computer or Chromebook)

Step 1: Go to https://clever.com/in/vancouverps (for district issued devices go to Step

Step 2: Click “Log in as Student”

Step 3: Click “Log in with VPS ID.”

Step 4: Enter student’s login information
