Seesaw: Getting Started
The Seesaw app is described as a student-driven digital portfolio. Seesaw empowers students to create, reflect, collaborate and share. It allows for family members to use the Seesaw Family app to keep up to date with their child's learning, and easily communicate between school and home.
Students will login to the Seesaw app using the Clever app
Step 1: Go to the app catalog and download the Seesaw app
Step 2: Find the Clever App (district issued devices) OR open a web browser to go to https://clever.com/in/vancouverps
Step 3: Click “Log in with VPS ID.”
Step 4: Enter student’s login information
Username- 6 digit student ID#
Password - 8 digit birthdate
(Students and parents can obtain their ID# from the classroom teacher if they do not have it.)
Step 5: Click on Seesaw icon
Chrome (via Computer or Chromebook)
Step 1: Go to https://clever.com/in/vancouverps (for district issued devices go to Step 4)
Step 2: Click “Log in as Student”
Step 3: Click “Log in with VPS ID.”
Step 4: Enter student’s login information
Username- 6 digit student ID#
Password - 8 digit birthdate
(Students and parents can obtain their ID# from the classroom teacher if they do not have it.)
Step 5: Click on the Seesaw icon
