Administration Message
As we begin this new month, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible work you do each day. Your dedication, passion, and resilience are the heartbeat of our school, and the impact you make in the lives of our students is truly immeasurable.
This week marked the beginning of our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and already we are excited by the energy, collaboration, and shared purpose we’ve seen. These first steps lay the foundation for powerful growth, and we’re confident that, together, we will continue to build something truly impactful for our students.
Know that we are in this together. We will continue to support, challenge, and celebrate one another as we work side by side to ensure that every student learns, grows, and thrives.
Weekly Events
IXL Deadline has been extended for this week.
9/1/2025 Progress Report Grades are due.
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
We’re excited to share that starting this week, we will begin Learning Walks with teachers the day after their PLCs. These walks are not evaluations, they are opportunities for us to learn from one another, celebrate effective practices, and grow together as a professional learning community.
The purpose of these Learning Walks is to observe and reflect on what great teaching looks like in action. We’ll focus on identifying best practices, building shared understanding, and supporting each other as we continue to grow.
For this first round of Learning Walks, we’ll be using the Classroom Observation Learning Tool, with special attention to the following areas:
Expectations, Procedures, Structures, Acknowledgments, Interactions, Corrections
We look forward to engaging in this process with you and continuing our shared journey toward excellence for every student.
