Our 8th grade Culinary Arts students had an exciting opportunity to tour our campus kitchen this week! They got a behind-the-scenes look at how our meals are prepared each day and learned about the teamwork, organization, and care that go into serving our students.
A big thank you to our kitchen staff for welcoming our students and sharing their knowledge and passion! Experiences like these help inspire future chefs and give our students a real-world connection to what they’re learning in class.

We’re proud to share that our Criminal Justice students officially started their internships this week!
Six of our students are gaining hands-on experience by interning with our school security team, while two additional students (not pictured) have secured internships with local law firms, a fantastic way to connect classroom learning with real-world practice.
Earlier this week, all students also participated in an informative presentation from Edinburg Municipal Court, where they learned about bullying, juvenile court procedures, the effects of drugs, and truancy. These insights are helping them better understand the law and the impact of their work in the community.
We’re so proud of these Gladiators for taking these important steps toward their future careers.
