Also, in order to plan vertically among contents our PLC meetings will take place after school from 3:45 to 4:15. Please be sure to check the schedule for your groupโs specific focus and location.

As we continue our shared journey of professional growth, we want to take a moment to highlight the purpose and power of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
PLCs are structured groups of educators who collaborate regularly to improve teaching practices and student learning. These sessions are more than just meetings, they are opportunities to reflect, share strategies, and support one another as we work toward common goals.
Our focus remains on continuous professional growth that prioritizes student needs and outcomes. Through thoughtful collaboration, we can create meaningful change and ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
As the Internal Coherence Framework reminds us:
โWe learn best when people with different skills, competencies, and dispositions have to build a common product.โ
Letโs continue to bring our strengths to the table, listen generously, and push each other to grow, all in service of our students.

Cell Phone Policy:ย
Just a quick reminder under the new state guidelines, students are not allowed to use cell phones or other personal electronic devices during instructional time unless explicitly permitted by a teacher for educational purposes. This policy is designed to minimize distractions and help maintain a focused learning environment. Please be sure to consistently reinforce this expectation in your classrooms and remind students of the importance of staying engaged. Your support in upholding this policy is greatly appreciated!
Employee Handbook:
Human Resources sent our 2025 - 2026 Employee Handbook via email through DocuSign. You are also able to obtain a hard copy, upon request, with the Human Resource department. The Employee Handbook outlines employee expectations and procedures as well as policies that lead to a safe and respectful work environment for all.
Spirit Committee:
Anyone interested in joining the Spirit Committee make sure to stop by Mrs. Salinas, counselor, office. Join the Spirit Committee for $30 per Semester.
Morning Duty:
