Applying for a First Responder Licence
A first responder licence is valid for three years. There are no fees required for a first responder licence.
To apply for your licence, follow these steps:

To receive your license, you will need to apply online directly at the link below.

You can Google \"emalb\" select First Responders and follow the application for license instructions.(should select FR3 except emergency childbirth)
1. Click on link
2. Go to obtaining a First Responder Licence
3. Select #3 application for licence form
4. Fill out PART A
5. Fill out PART B
6. Check, First Responder Initial Licence (First Responder Level)
7. Fill out PART D IF you would like your photo added
