The Vancouver Firefighters CPR + First-aid Program is very excited to be offering digital certificates to students successfully completing our programs. These certificates are individualized and verifiable.

Please complete the form below to have your digital certificate emailed to you.
To complete the form, you will need to have your Program ID# (The ID number issued to your class), and a valid email address.
The Program ID# will need to be exact, and the name that you enter will need to match the name submitted on the class Roster.
If either are incorrect, the certificate will not be valid.
See certificates below - valid certificate on left & invalid certificate to right.
If possible we recommend following the certificate link from the E-Roster.
These link to a pre-filled form with the Program ID#, and your name as submitted.
