Before Clients can request programs with the Vancouver Firefighters CPR + First Aid Program or our Training Partners, we need to have you register into our system.

15 Days before your scheduled class, you will receive an email reminder to complete the E-Roster. This reminder has a link to a pre-filled form (with your Program ID#). Please complete the E-Roster by adding all of your students names separated by commas ie. (Bruce Wayne,Clark Kent,Diana Prince)
If for some reason, the E-Roster needs to be adjusted, do not resubmit with just the new names, but resubmit with the full new class roster list.
The most recent submission, becomes the new roster list.

To make it as easy as possible for your students to register for their CPR certificate, we have placed links on the roster. These links will take the students to a pre-filled form with their Program ID# and name filled in.
Program ID format is:
Sample A17KA004
(A)17KA004 - Letter for Class - in this case CPR A
A(17)KA004 - Number for Year of request 2017
A17(K)A004 - Letter A-L for Month of Request
A17K(A)004 - Letter or Number for Date of Request (to remove confusion there are no 1 or I, or 0 or O)
A17KA(004) - Number - Unique Identifier
