There is no internet connection on my computer. -- Use the Windows software to restart the computer. Click the Windows button, the power button just above the Windows button, and select restart. This will usually solve most classroom internet problems.

My computer won't let me type. -- First check the Caps Lock light and button. Second, refresh the lesson using the F5 key on the keyboard or clicking the refresh arrow icon on the browser toolbar ↻ . Third, if you are still unable to type, raise your hand for assistance (in the classroom only).
