The Armed Drill Team is a form of drill marching with 1903 Springfield model rifles. Armed Drill is separate from unarmed drill when it comes to stationary and marching, however it incorporates the same skills and lessons in unarmed drill. Joining the armed drill team allows cadets to travel to different towns and states for competitions. The drill team is also a great place for new cadets to start out learning the basics and getting a boost in their confidence, drill is an important factor in ranking up as well. The drill team as a whole is not just a team but a family where we create great memories during both competitions and practices. Both armed and unarmed drill are part of the same team, just having different factors and skills unique to each team
I'm Lt/Digmann the captain of the armed drill team, this is my 3rd year doing armed drill. My goal as captain is to get the team to nationals and make the best routines possible.
