What is Inclusion?
Inclusion is described as an ongoing process that involves addressing the diverse needs of all learners. It aims to increase participation in learning, cultures, and communities while minimizing exclusion within and from education. Inclusion goes beyond the classroom, emphasizing holistic development and the removal of barriers to ensure equal opportunities for everyone. It requires a commitment to diversity, equity, and accessibility, fostering a culture of acceptance and respect for differences in order to create an educational environment where all learners feel valued and supported.
