Dietetics is the science of food and nutrition and how it impacts health. Dietitians help people understand their nutritional needs, make informed food choices, and manage medical conditions through personalised dietary strategies.
At our centre, dietetic services are provided by student dietitians under the supervision of accredited professionals. We offer evidence-based nutrition support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Our student dietitians can help with a variety of health concerns and nutrition-related conditions, including:

Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
High cholesterol or blood pressure
Digestive conditions (e.g. IBS, reflux, coeliac disease)
Food intolerances and allergies
