Many students struggle to find academic support that works for them. Office hours are not always accessible  there are either too many students and not enough time, or they simply do not fit in a student’s schedule. Finding a tutor independently can also be slow and frustrating. Students who cannot get the help they need often fall behind in their courses, frequently resorting to AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to complete their work. 

In doing so, those students leave their classes with little to no genuine understanding of the material covered. Having access to the right tutor at the right time can make a big difference in a student’s academic success, which is why this problem is worth solving. Incorporating AI to our solution makes it a much more modern and appealing way for students to receive help in academia.
