All team members will have some form of a daily check-in. Because our team is often out traveling and doing early visits, the idea is to check-in with one another about what is going on in their world for that day. The benefits of the daily check-in include reducing the lifespan of problems, building trust, and saving time.
Admissions Counselor Check-in Guidelines:
Check the Team Calendar (If you’re event is on the calendar, you don’t have to check-in)
Monday – Friday check-in through the AC Stand Up or through messaging on Teams
