When receiving a request that requires help from the processing team, please do not give out the processing team's information, instead, create a JIRA request!

Under "Contact Us" click "Student Requests".
Under "What can we help you with?" Click "Admissions"
Select the category the request falls under, and try to be as thorough as possible in the form so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Click "send" then you will get a notification that the request has been received and then you will get another notification once the request has been resolved.
