Design A Better Ygg-Express Problem

This problem challenges you to design a better, or at least more interesting, Yggdrasil Express Challenge Problem. I gave you four packages, a Home Base and a Delivery Depot, accelerations and max speeds, and a rule about how the elevators work. You do not have to adopt any of those constraints. You can freely design your own Yggdrasil Express Delivery problem. Make up your own rules on how to pick up packages and where they need to go. Make up your own rules about elevators. Use different levels (subset of levels to all the levels). A well-designed problem should be approachable and thought provoking. Don't cripple a person with too many rules and complications. On the other hand, don't make it so easy that the correct solution is staring people in the face.
