Reserve a Room

Book a space  in the Fine Arts Building for classes and events using the links below.

If you wish to reserve a room for an event or class, submit a request via OnceHub.  Each button links to a booking page for the respective room.  Once you have filled out the form at the booking page, the booking will undergo an approval process.  If approved and you wish to publicize the event on our calendars, please contact the main office.

Standard technical provisions for recitals:

• Audio and video recording
• Live streaming (optional)
• Basic Lighting (optional)
• Audio/video playback*
• PA / Sound Reinforcement*
• TV(s) (for programs)*

(*Must be coordinated prior to event.)

Requirements:

• At least two (2) printed copies of the program must be supplied to the main office for NASM archives.

Stagehands and ushers must be contacted by the person booking the recital.  ΦMA and ΣAI are generally proactive, but it is the responsibility of the booking party to contact them to ensure they are aware and know any necessary details.

Booking the Harriet Fulton Theatre (HFT)


NOTE:  The Music Department has no jurisdiction over HFT. 


If you wish to book the space, use the form below.  It must be approved by the head of VTA.


If you do book the HFT, the booking will not show up on any of the Music calendars.  If you do wish to have an HFT event included on any Music publications (i.e. on the Music Public calendar, promoted through social media, etc.), you will need to contact and coordinate with all respective parties individually (linked in list below).
